SHIPPING & RETURNS

GENERAL ORDER INFORMATION

  • Please note: Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout

  • We will only accept one coupon code per order

 

SHIPPING

  • Standard Shipping within the continental United States is $10 with a $2.50 handling fee

  • 2-day priority shipping $20

  • We offer free shipping on orders that are over $150 within the continental United States

  • Standard shipping orders take 2-5 business days to be processed and packaged before they are shipped out

    • You will get a confirmation email once your items are fulfilled, and another when it has shipped

    • Items will be shipped via USPS

 

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your item arrives damaged, you have 3 days upon the arrival to contact us in regards to the damage. Please click the contact us now link on the website and we will respond as soon as possible.

 

NEST SALON & BOUTIQUE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Addresses entered incorrectly at checkout, please double check all information

  • Delays with USPS/UPS/FedEx shipping

  • Products that are marked delivered by the Post Office/UPS/FedEx, you will need to contact them to obtain information regarding your package

 

PICK-UP

We also offer pickup (just choose this option at checkout) at our storefront in Parker during business hours! Just place your order and when it's ready for pickup [within 1 business day], you'll get an email letting you know!

We want you to LOVE your purchase! Our goal is to make your return/exchange as quick and easy as possible.  Please review our return and exchange guidelines and complete the following form.  Our team will make sure it gets processed ASAP.

 

RETURNING MERCHANDISE

Items purchased at the local and online at Nest Salon and Boutiques may be returned within 15 days from the original purchase date.

  • All items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have original tags still attached; there should be no visible signs of wear, all items are to be free of make-up, deodorant, perfume, or other stains

    • Items returned with obvious use, makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume,
      or similar product stains may be subject to refusal

    • Shoes must be returned unworn and in their original packaging

    • Any online returns postmarked after 15 days of the purchase date will be rejected and you will be required to pay the cost of re-shipping your merchandise back to you

  • No returns/exchanges on Holiday/Clearance/Sale items

  • Gift cards are final sale and may not be exchanged or returned

  • ITEMS PURCHASED LOCALLY - Unworn/unused items purchased locally with the price tag still on will be refunded to the original form of payment

  • ITEMS PURCHASED ONLINE - Unworn/unused items purchased from the Nest online store can only be returned for a Nest store gift card, and only for the original purchase amount [excluding any promotional discounts and shipping costs]

  • No receipt - no returns or exchanges

 

EXCEPTIONS  |  NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Certain types of items cannot be returned:

    • perishable goods [such as food, flowers, or plants]

    • custom products [such as special orders or personalized items] 

    • ALL undergarments, sale items, and or any marked down items at time of purchase including all Custom Orders are
      NON-Returnable *

    • Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

  • Additional Return Item Exceptions: 

    • Intimates are NOT eligible for returns. This includes:

      • Bras

      • Bralettes

      • Bodysuits

      • Panties

  • Due to health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on packaged foods

 

NEST SALON & BOUTIQUE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Products that are lost or damaged in the mail: the shipping company used will be responsible once we ship the packages

    • If your package arrives damaged we suggest you retain all packing materials until a determination by the shipping company is reached

  • For your untraceable or lost return shipments. We recommend using a delivery service with tracking to protect your return, such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx

  • Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed once received at our store, and 1-3 business days for refunds to be processed
